Maninder Singh is a bright star of pro Kabaddi who plays for the India national Kabaddi Team. He is currently the captain and raider of the Bengal Warriors. He is the bright star of pro Kabaddi and has many successes to his name. He is known for his strength and strong body. He led his team towards winning the season in 2019. He had won gold for his country at the international level. 

Maninder Singh, Early Life

Maninder Singh was born into a wealthy Zamindar family in Hoshiarpur, a district of Punjab. From his childhood, he was a Kabaddi enthusiast. Soon he started representing his state and district in the Kabaddi Matches. In university, he was selected for the U-19 Squad. In which he won various tournaments. 

Maninder Singh, Pro Kabaddi League Career

He is known for his strength and strong body in Kabaddi. He impressed the future coach of the Jaipur Pink Panthers. Hanumat Singh recommended him, and he signed with the Jaipur Pink Panthers. Playing for the Pink Panthers, the team won the inaugural season of the Pro Kabaddi League. He was Badly injured in 2015 and took a three-year break, which prevented him from playing for three years. He came back into the game and led the Bengal Warriors towards victory in season 7 of the PKL by defeating Dabang Delhi.

Maninder Singh led his team towards winning the PKL 7 season. It was the team’s maiden title in the tournament. With the efforts and hard work of BC Ramesh, the team was able to win the trophy.
